The Web Group Corp is managed under the direction of the CEO, whose purpose is to maximize long-term economic value for our company by responsibly addressing the concerns of our employees, business partners, the communities and governments where The Web Group Corp has operations and does business, and the public at large. In fulfilling his duties, our CEO oversees the corporate governance of The Web Group Corporation. He also oversees and advises the management in developing our financial and business goals, oversees our public disclosures and the processes behind them, and evaluates management's performance in pursuing and achieving those goals.
